Kelly Skehill, at Pemberton Secondary School, is working (and learning) tirelessly to build confidence in her students’ math skills and to convince students that formative assessment will, in the long run, help to improve skills, increase knowledge, and inspire a belief that “owning your own learning” is the only way to go.
